Transforming Houses into Homes

The first priority for these stunning reception rooms was to create sufficient seating to accommodate a funeral party.  The solution was bespoke made to measure wrap around fixed benches finished in a plush velvet button back to add sophistication. Sofas created a relaxing space in front of the fireplace, creating a warm homely feel.

With such beautiful high ceilings it was decided to add wallpaper to the ceiling to create a show stopping edge to the design and the addition of panelling to the walls gave the room character and charm.  Colour drenching using a warm neutral paint colour created a cocooning, calm feel that also coordinated with the wallpaper.
 

Finishing the room with a flecked, practical, hardwearing carpet together with gilded mirrors and pictures completed the look.
